CFHQ WOD:
With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.
Snatch and clean practice.

man, i never realised you were such a gym junkie!
i just finished eating a little bowl of strawberry ice cream with chocolate topping.. mmm..
i think all uni students deserve to put on weight during exam period.
