20 30k sumo deadlifts
20 squats

I didn't want to do the CFHQ WOD today and wasn't going to work out until I thought of this workout which I could do at home using the dumbell my dad has lying around. Wasn't that hard however, it started getting heavy on the lungs on the third round.

You know what i realised? If i were to have my own blog dedicated to exercise, it would be along the lines of:

Eat Hard, Train clean, rest well.

That would adversely mean I'm a binge eater, I should start training without drugs, and I shouldn't sleep 14 hours a day.

haha!!!

wellllllll the main reason why i started this was because i needed somewhere to record all the exercises i do. i used to write them all down but i end up throwing it all away.

always knew you were on the roids!

lol i admit i am a binge eater, i don't even train, and i only average 5 hours a day. lol. my skin looks as though it has received 8 hours of sleep is because i drink 2 litres of water a day!
