My training has been so on and off lately, it's very disappointing. I just haven't had the motivation to get myself hitting the workouts. On top of that, uni started again this week and it's been kind of crazy with O-Week. However, I did manage to hit the gym this morning but didn't do any specific workout besides a few pull ups and one-arm snatches. SAD!

Haven't been hitting the gym since last Tuesday's session. Dragon boat training again on the Wednesday night and after that, I decided it was best to rest myself for the Chinese New Year race yesterday.

First in both heats for the Mixed Crew... only to screw it up in the finals. We were all so disappointed with our performance. I was so gutted!
