As many rounds in 25 minutes of:
200m Run
20 Wall balls, 6kg
15 Ring push ups
5 Pull ups
5 rounds

Got so fustrated with those wall balls. I always have to jump on the way up to reach the target but I'm happy with five rounds. Couldn't have done any better with unbroken push ups and pull ups and fast runs.
