Dragon boat training.

The TGU is my worst exercise, ever. I am so terrible when it comes to them. Maybe I'm doing something wrong. All I know is that I must work on them and improve. It's such an awesome exercise to have under your boat.

On a different note, was my first time back at training since CNY race, over two weeks ago, today. I've lost all motivation to train. I really just don't give a stuff anymore. I'd be at training not wanting to be there. I'll be on the way to training, wanting to drive back home. I just want to focus on my CrossFit and I can't do that at 100% whilst I have dragon boat to tend to.
