Fitness testing today.
Beep test- 8.1
Erg- 314m for 2 minutes
Hate regretting not putting in more effort after a training session. I know I could've ran a few more laps in the beep test, I just stopped after I reached level eight. Should've pushed further. With the erg, I maintained the same pace pretty much for the entire two minutes. I should've started off on a slightly faster rating.
Ah well, better luck next time.
