I've still been training but nothing exciting to post about. Also started yoga. Still trying to gain my momentum. It's slowly coming back though.

btw.. i think i hit 100kg doing deadlifts :O not too sure cuz the weights here are dodgy and last time i did it in sydney i couldn't lift 95 lol. gna try again in syd. might be a fail though ahaha
