3 Deadlifts, 70kg
6 Ring dips
9 KB swings, 20kg
100m Backwards run
7 rounds
Six training sessions in a row is not a good idea. Yesterday wasn't too bad but I knew I would be struggling through today's workout. I then thought to myself, "Well, I do get tomorrow and Sunday off so I might as well tough it out for another day", and I died after my fifth round. Now for my much desereved break from training this weekend.
