3 rounds of:
30 Wall balls, 6kg
30 Snatches, 20kg
Cut off time was 20 minutes and I only managed to get in two rounds. That's okay, even at the Games, some of the competitors didn't finish the workout. My back felt so tight during the workout. Loved doing the snatches though but again, I struggled with the wall balls. At least I'm aiming for the target each time.
Definitely a WOD to do again in a couple of months time and see how much I've progressed and how I fair up against the big guns.
