My training has been so on and off lately, it's very disappointing. I just haven't had the motivation to get myself hitting the workouts. On top of that, uni started again this week and it's been kind of crazy with O-Week. However, I did manage to hit the gym this morning but didn't do any specific workout besides a few pull ups and one-arm snatches. SAD!
